The HelpDesk and Printing Services will be closed on Friday, 2/7, starting at 9:45 a.m. and ending at 1 p.m. for an all-staff retreat. During this time, please notify us of any critical system issues by leaving a message at (765) 658-6666.
Also, Metronet will be performing system maintenance on the phone system between midnight on February 10th and 4 a.m. on February 11th next week. Please expect a 30 minute disruption in service sometime during this period of time.
Lastly, a reminder that if you are aware of any computers running Windows 7 or earlier operating systems and you have not already completed the Windows 7 and Older Computer Request form, please submit it by February 14. It should only take about 5 minutes to complete.
