In addition to announcements posted in
DeBrief newsletters, Information Services provides several ways for you to keep up-to-date on campus technology:
- The technology workshops in the GOLD Learning Academy offers New Employee Tech Orientation and Tech Training Tuesdays for all staff and faculty.
- The Information Services Blog keeps track of IT-related news, announcements, and tips & tricks, as do tweets from @DePauwIT.
- Tech-Notices are emails about urgent issues related to technology sent to all students, staff, and faculty. If such information is specific to a particular group of people, a targeted email is sent to those affected.
Need help with a technology issue or request?
- The IT KnowledgeBase offers immediate 24/7 access to a broad spectrum of self-service support information and documentation for the campus community.
- Submit new technology requests and review the status of existing requests through the IS Technology Request link in e-Services.
- Stop by the IT HelpDesk, co-located with Printing Services, on the lower level of the Memorial Student Union Building, for one-on-one assistance.
