Attention: Staff and Faculty who have multiple billing codes when copying
We are experiencing a temporary glitch that affects staff and faculty who have multiple billing codes when copying. As you may have noticed, your billing codes are not working properly.
At this time, we ask that you manually enter your billing code when copying so the proper account is charged. Please refer to the email dated 8/15 for your billing codes.
To manually enter your billing code:
- Swipe your card at the Canon printer/copier
- Select the Login & Access Functions button in the lower right of the display
- Select the white box next to Billing Code
- Type in the Billing Code that you wish to charge (Note: You may use the number pad to the right side of the display or the keyboard on the display.)
- Select OK
- Proceed as usual
We realize this is not as convenient as the normal process and assure you that we are working with our vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
