Issue with campus phone system is being worked on.

We would like to make you aware of an issue reported with the campus phone system.

When someone calls from an off-campus phone number and the phone is not answered, they cannot be transferred to an off-campus number. This includes transfers to cell phones, personal phones, and Google Voice. Individuals who experience this will hear a busy tone when the transfer is attempted. 

Calls originating from on-campus phones do not experience this issue. Calls coming from on-campus phones, can be transferred without issues.

Finding a resolution for this issue is of highest importance to us. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve this issue quickly.
