If you are having issues connecting to the network drives, please go to the appropriate IT KnowledgeBase article that follows and run the network script:

The network team is in contact with our vendor, but it looks like it may be a day or two before there is a more permanent solution. Please keep this tech-notice handy in case your network drives are lost again.
