We continue to experience difficulties with the campus printer/copiers.
As you may be aware, the system was offline a number of times over the weekend. While the technicians made adjustments to address the problem late on Sunday afternoon, we have since discovered that the issues were not completely resolved. As a result, the Canon printer/copiers will continue to be unstable today while we work with our vendor to implement a permanent resolution.
We regret the inconvenience to campus and thank you in advance for your patience. Please rest assured that we are working to address the issue as quickly as possible.
