Some of the issues with the campus printer/copiers are still not completely resolved.
When you scan your card then click on the button on the right to login, if it asks for a billing code:
1. Enter your Employee/Student ID (one the front of your ID card) - just the digits without the leading zeros.
2. At the second box where asks if it's billable (yes or no), answer either one (it doesn't matter).
3. You should be able to copy/print/scan at this point.
