We installed a new DyKnow server over the summer.
Students who installed DyKnow on their personal laptops prior to this semester need to make a change to their DyKnow communication settings in order to access the new server. The change is very easy to make, and instructions are available here: http://dpuadweb.depauw.edu/dberque/DyKnowMigration.html
Please note that this issue does not apply to First-Year students or other students who are installing DyKnow on their laptops for the first time this fall.
