GroupWise/TigerMail delay issue resolved.

Yesterday, the campus SPAM filter experienced issues which caused a backlog of email traffic to/from campus through the GroupWise system. 

As of 4:00pm, the issue was resolved and the system was catching up on the backlog of emails.

By 9:30pm, the backlog of email cleared and messages were traveling normally again.
